Criteria for Eligibility
1. Applicants must be Non-Chinese nationals.
2. Applicants should have a Master’s degree and the minimum score of 180 in HSK test (Level 6) before enrolled in Doctor’s degree programs taught in Chinese.
3. Applicants should have a Master’s degree and the minimum IELTS score 6.5 before enrolled in Doctor’s degree programs taught in English.
Application submission
All the international students must apply online at http://istu.sdufe.edu.cn/. Make sure you regularly check your email and spam box in case we ask for further information, complementary documents or corrections. If we request information and we do not receive it, it could lead to rejection.
Deadline
Application forms are to be received no later than the 30th June, 2024. Any applications received after this date shall not be considered.

* Personal bareheaded 2-inch white background photo (JPG format)
* Notarized copy of bachelor’s degree and master’s degree certificate
* Notarized copy of diplomas and academic transcripts
* Thesis of master degree program or published academic papers
* Notarized copy of HSK certificate or IELTS level(recent report not more than 2 years)
*Graduates of previous years must submit CV
* Two academic references
* Personal statement and study plan

Tuition
PhD programs: ￥22,000 per year.
English taught PhD programs: ￥30,000 per year

Housing
The University has a number of fully furnished rooms which are available to international students.
Accommodation cost:
*RMB￥700-750 each month for each bed if two share a room
