Overview of Chinese Language Programs
1. Program 1--Elementary Chinese
This program is designed for beginners who have just started their Chinese language studying. It includes 640-680 teaching hours.
Main courses: Oral Chinese, Chinese Listening, Chinese Characters and Grammar
2. Program 2---Intermediate Chinese
This program is designed for overseas students who have learned Chinese language for 600 to 800 teaching hours and grasped about 1000 Chinese words.
Main courses: Oral Chinese, Chinese Listening, Chinese Grammar, Chinese Reading, HSK Preparation, Chinese History and Culture
3. Program 3---Advanced Chinese
This program is designed for overseas students who have learned Chinese language for 1200 to 1500 teaching hours and grasped about 2000 Chinese words.
Main courses: Oral Chinese, Chinese Listening, Chinese Grammar, Chinese Reading, HSK Preparation, Chinese History and Culture
Criteria for Eligibility
1. Applicants must be Non-Chinese nationals.
2. The applicants must be at the age of 18 to 65 years. The applicants under 18 must be accompanied by parents, otherwise, the parents should entrust foreigners in China or Chinese as legal guardian and submit us relevant documents of authorization to the guardian.
Application submission
1. All the international students must apply online at http://istu.sdufe.edu.cn/. Make sure you regularly check your email and spam box in case we ask for further information, complementary documents or corrections. If we request information and we do not receive it, it could lead to rejection.
2. The applicants can register and join in the class in the middle of the semester.
Tuition
1. RMB￥12,000 per year
2. RMB￥65,00 half a year
3.For short-term students, students who enroll in part of Chinese courses, and auditors: RMB￥50 per class hour within one month, RMB￥40 per class hour more than one month.

Dormitory fee
RMB￥700-750 each month for each bed if two share a room

Comprehensive Medical Insurance for Foreigners Staying in China
Insurance Premium: RMB 800/year RMB 400/half a year
